Privacy policy
IXC Co., Ltd. (IXC) handles personal information collected through the Qoretix website and demo or onboarding requests in accordance with applicable law. Qoretix is IXC's quality validation, security, production monitoring, and Managed QA offering, not a separate legal entity.

IXC processes only the minimum information needed for these purposes and does not use consultation data for promotional marketing or sale.
3. Basis for processing and declining consent
When you submit a form, we ask separately for consent to process your inquiry and to transfer its information internationally through HubSpot. Neither consent subscribes you to marketing. You may decline and contact us by phone instead. Access and security information is processed as needed to operate the site safely.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties without separate consent or a legal basis. If disclosure becomes necessary, we will explain the recipient, purpose, data, and retention period in advance and obtain any required consent.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We use the services below to deliver the website and manage inquiries. Form submissions are sent to HubSpot over an encrypted connection. Inquiry content is not stored on the website server.

If you do not consent to international transfer of your inquiry, you can contact us by phone. Requests to withdraw consent, access or delete information can be sent to sales@qoretix.com.
6. Deletion procedures
We delete personal information without delay when its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted in a manner that makes recovery difficult; paper records are shredded or incinerated. Records required by law are stored separately for the required period.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent at sales@qoretix.com. After verifying your identity, we will respond within the period required by applicable law. Legal or authorized representatives may exercise these rights with valid documentation.
8. Cookies and automatically collected information
On your first visit to the home page, we use your browser language to choose a supported language. Your choice is stored in the qx_locale cookie for one year. Analytics preference is stored in qx_analytics_consent for six months; Google Analytics loads only if you allow it. We measure page visits and inquiry conversions without advertising personalization. URL queries, fragments and inquiry content are not sent to analytics. You can change your preference through Cookie settings in the footer. This site does not install HubSpot tracking cookies.
9. Security measures
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including least-privilege access, HTTPS, server and administrator account protection, security updates, log reviews, backups, recovery procedures, and provider oversight.
